Whether you’re a serious athlete recovering from injury or have
physical limitations that prohibit exercising on land, water exercise is an outstanding workout with minimal risk of injury. The buoyancy of the water supports joints and muscles and a warm pool facilitates circulation and range of motion while decreasing pain and tension.
