"Megan", Age 36 yrs

Megan had been running competitively for 4 years with mixed results. Though a talented athlete, she was frequently injured and suffered from pre- competition anxiety, which often led her to under-perform. I re-tooled her training program, incorporating intervals, core work and cross-training. I also revamped her training diet and adjusted her nutritional supplements. In addition, I taught her relaxation techniques to reduce her jitters before a race or hard workout.

After 8 weeks on the new, multi-faceted program, Megan ran a PR in her next 10-K. Best of all, she hasn't missed a single workout due to illness or injury.
