Megan, Age 36 yrs
Megan had been running competitively for 4 years with mixed results. Though a talented athlete, she was frequently injured and suffered from pre- competition anxiety, which often led her to under-perform. I re-tooled her training program, incorporating intervals, core work and cross-training. I also revamped her training diet and adjusted her nutritional supplements. In addition, I taught her relaxation techniques to reduce her jitters before a race or hard workout.
